What we offer

Silver linings amid the coronavirus crisis are hard to come by yet we have been optimistic that travel to the beach is essentially beneficial to both physical and mental health. Swimming, walking by the beach and the calming views of the sea helps improve the heart rate. A good stress reliever, several studies proved that the blue color of the sea is a key factor in reaching a state of relaxation and that the sound of the waves helps to create peace and tranquility.

While the health and well-being of our guests, team members and all who visit our resort remains our highest priority, Acuatico has developed the SAFE OASIS initiative that will introduce new processes and operational guidelines as well as new standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure our guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay.



We encourage guests to book online through our website, call our Manila office or the resort directly. Upon confirmation of booking, an electronic registration and travel history forms will be emailed. We will disallow walk-ins at the resort for the time being.


We take great pride in training our staff with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All our staff has been trained in detail on essential preparatory and prevention measures and required to wear face mask and hand gloves while at work.


A temperature check before entering the resort will be done and guests are required to adhere to proper protocols. Guests of all ages are welcome for staycation except those coming from areas under Alert Level 4 & 5, those with comorbidity and pregnant women.


Fully vaccinated individuals aged 12 and above are required to present their vaccination card. If unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, a negative antigen test result taken within 24 hours or    RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to arrival at the resort must be presented. Medical Certificate for children 3 to 11 years old is required.


All our guests will have access to My Acuatico Moments website link upon confirmation of booking and arrival to the resort. This link will serve as a tool to make advance arrangements in using our facilities. Use of watersports, spa and kid’s playroom will be pre-arranged to observe proper physical distancing. The game room will remain closed.


Guest rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with extra disinfection of high touched areas like door handles and light switches. Room attendants are required to wear personal protective equipment while on duty and will have minimal contact with guests. At check-out, rooms will be cleaned and sanitized following disinfection protocols.


Pre-arranged meals will be served at the room’s veranda, cabana or open air outlets with minimal capacity. For beverage requirements, orders may be delivered to the room.


Increased cleaning frequency of public areas and high traffic areas are implemented. Sanitizers are made available within the resort.


We highly encourage cashless and paperless transactions wherever possible. Updated billing statement will be emailed to the registered guest and settlement may be done in the room using a wireless terminal to swipe the card. At check-out, the official receipt will be emailed.

These processes may result in modification of certain services and amenities that are normally available at the resort. SAFE OASIS is genuinely designed to minimize risk and optimize our hygiene protocols and instigate social physical distancing as we all venture into the new normal.
